We would like to express our opinion and let people know how Concord Pacific Group violate every rule and regulation of Homeowner Protection Office. We found them be very dishonest against the customers. As they state themself to wash their hands away, not carring about customer suffering,they caused. They refused to look after warranty deffects and Concord Pacific group are very succefull in showing poor workmanship and using chip materials in their construction practises. Shame on you Terrence Hui. We found National Home Warranty very unprofessional. Please check their rating with BBB. We can tell you it is F- failed We never buy anything with this atached name. From our experience they are cheaters. Regards. Unhappy National home warranty idea to close up the file as soon as they can. Forget about your warranty when you deal with National Home Warranty. Every case they call a design issue and obvious it is not covered by the warranty. We found them to be a joke. We do not recommend this mickey mouse. we found National Home Warranty very unprofessional and not protecting the home owner but covering up the poor building production. The idea is to teach and not to cover mistakes,so it doesnot happen in the future. Our expierance purchasing condo from Concord Pacific is unfortunatly very negative. Please be caution.
