Where do I begin!
I havent got the time, the patience nor the inclination to write all about the problems I have encountered with this high profile "Superstore". Suffice to say that word "superstore" is not quite as Super as they say.

I normally just let things happen, but on this occasion, I have had enough!
Please do not use the internet site "Fireworld". They have taken my money, promised me a fire in 7 to 10 days and now after 16 days taking 4 days off for weekends, I am still no nearer to getting my fire. Its £1000.00 in their pocket and I cant even get a member of the staff to contact me. No one cares there.
