I normally just let things happen, but on this occasion, I have had enough!
Please do not use the internet site "Fireworld". They have taken my money, promised me a fire in 7 to 10 days and now after 16 days taking 4 days off for weekends, I am still no nearer to getting my fire. Its £1000.00 in their pocket and I cant even get a member of the staff to contact me. No one cares there.
Do not reley on them and certainly dont waste your time in phoning them because you they do not care.
