If you are thinking about purchasing a aqua massage from ami think twice....
Aqua Massage International also known as AMI is not a company that I would recomend to my worst enemy!

They are great for selling you a unit and make a whole lot of promises but then fail to keep them after the sale.

I have been trying to get service on my aqua massage unit for over a year.. MY aqaua massage leaks. It is supposed to massage you without getting you wet!
They say that the do not service my area of the country. (WHAT) They can sell to my area of the country and take my money over $30,000 but they have no one to service me after the sale HMMMM. They have told me that I can fix my unit myself that it is easy... (WHAT) I should not have to service my own machine and do not have the time to service it myself if I did.
They tell me that they will call me right back with a service tech that is closer then they are but never call me back. The price of the new liner changes with each person I have spoken to on the phone.
Every day that this goes on I am losing revune in my business. They clearly do not care!!
Look on e-bay there are tons of them on there...
