I am an old age pensioner. Mr Lisgo is a lawyer working for BHP Newcastle and representing Eaga. . I could fill a book over his deception, eg bringing a case as an incoherent claim, however removing from the court documents that explained the case in detail. I had dealt with a Ms Suggett who worked for Eaga for many years however at hearing he produced in file , documents that indicated she was unknown to Eaga, and at trial when Ms Suggetts emails were produced he states ,,,,,,,,,we do not know where these documents come from. Costs were awarded because i said a conspiracy , Ms Sugett worked for you, for an appeal i asked Mr Lisgo to confirm she was person i had dealt with, however he stated i refuse to confirm
