Non Delivery of Chevrolet Beat

I have booked Chevrolet Beat on 08/01/2010 & paid advance of Rs.30, 000/- to your dealer in India Talera Motors Pvt. Ltd., 1115, Ganeshkhind Road, Shivajinagar Pune. 411 007 Maharashtra. India Tel. 020-25660857 Email: gmsales@taleraauto.com Again on 12/01/2010, I paid the balance amount of Rs.4, 13, 616/- towards full & final payment. I was promised the delivery of the vehicle on 16/01/2010 since I wanted to gift to my parents on their wedding anniversary on 16/01/2010 Again I was promised the delivery on 18/01/2010, but I have not received the same till this date. (20/01/2010) I had booked this vehicle considering the brand name of General Motors all across the globe. The delay in delivery has caused mental stress & disbelief in General Motors. I hope you consider this situation seriously Earlier, I had booked Maruti Estillo by paying an advance, which subsequently I cancelled when “Chevrolet Beat” was introduced in India. I had complained this to Chevrolet Sales India - Gurgaon but they no action has been taken against the respective dealer
