Charged for something we didn't sign up for

$14.95 recurring charge appeared on our AT&T phone bill for this "service" we did not sign up for. I called and complained, and they said they are taking off the charge, but they insisted my wife signed up for this on the internet (She did not. It appears this company stole her address, phone etc information from somewhere else.)
