My wife received a letter from Canada (I think) has a Canada Stamp but no post mark. The letter states:
We are please to advice you that you are one of the winners in the second category Sweepstake Draw held on January 30, 2009.
The letter goes on to say you won $253,000.00 and they are sending a check for $4395.00 to pay for the Non-Resident Government Service Tax (GST).
We are to cash the check and then send a Money Order or Western Union to:
Michelle Logan
588 St. George Street
Toronto Ontario
M3n 2N3, Canada.
It also say to call your Claim Agent Immediately.
Then we will receive the rest of the cash by currier.
I check the web and there is one entry with the phone number of the Claim Agent.
