Son of bitch Denies Pacubas received our goods ( two orders with two months in between ) and refused payment by sayting to credit card company that the payment was not authorized.
And the **** credit card company rules over him.
I think VISA is accompliance too in many cases.
If VISA refunded the payment, at least you should ask the buyer to return the goods.
VISA is helping these credit card frauds and scams.

by the time this son of bitch Denies Pacubas refused the payment and we got notice from the bank, he logged into his account on our site again and tried to place a new order.
fortunately we had already stopped accepting credit card payment due to too many frauds we have encountered.
by our experience, most credit card frauds come from UK and USA. because economy in these 2 countries are bad now and people there know well how to scam dealers by credit card rules.
