On 11th. May I ordered on line a bag of Royal Canin dog food from PET EXPRESS, which I paid for through Paypal. They state on their website that orders are dispatched, if possible, within 2 - 3 days. I have not received this dog food. I have sent emails, I have written a normal letter, I have phoned innumerous times and have received no response to my requests for the food or a refund. They give a free phone number for their company, but their answerphone is on permanently, stating that they will ring back and they NEVER do. They also operate under the name HOMES AND GARDENS DIRECT. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND PERHAPS OUT OF POCKET.
