If you have a server with Hivelocity or if your thinking to rent a server from them just remember if anyone sent a spam mail from your server they will terminate your server right away without giving you any chance to fix the issue nor they will refund your payment. This particular person is on a smear campaign against Hivelocity because we terminated his server for blatant spam abuse to our network. This customer got every ip in his range blacklisted. Spam was coming from several ips not just one as he might have you believe. Once we found the issue we investigated and found that he was spamming for over a month. This was a self-managed server so it is up to him to manage it. Had he managed the server he would have clearly seen what was going on long before we had to terminate his account. If you read the full thread he has referenced you will see in full what transpired.

I also suspect this thread is one of 3 created by the same person using 3 different usernames.

You have no idea. I am on here because he is doing the same thing to my daughter's lawyer. The lawyer kicked his butt in court on family law case and now he is pissed off. We have fought him on ripofreport.com, yelp.com, complaintsboard.com, etc. He has since resorted to posting slanderous blogs on the internet about my daughter and our lawyer. Hope your business fairs this crazy person and their online vigilanteism.
